For E-Waste Products

    • Required Documents

    The list of documents required for BEE Registration is as follows:

    Required documents by testing lab:

    • Sample(s) with user manual
    • Copy of BIS License with validity date that shows all applied models
    • Factory License copy indicating product scope and manufacturing unit address - in both English and original language

    Required documents by BEE for Brand/Company registration:​

    • Covering letter
    • Copy of online security deposit payment receipt
    • Copy of online Brand registration application
    • Copy of Brand/Trade Mark registration
    • Letter of authorization from the trademark owner in case the manufacturing unit is not the trademark/brand owner
    • For Indian OEMs, copy of the MSME certificate
    • Authorized signatory letter
    • Copy of BIS License with validity date that shows all applied models
    • Copy of ISO 9001 certificates for all manufacturing facilities if multiple, issued in the name and address mentioned in the company registration form of the manufacturer

    Required documents by BEE for Model registration:

    • Covering letter
    • Copy of online model registration payment receipt
    • Copy of online application form
    • Original test report
    • Specimen of BEE label
