ISI / BIS Certification for Copper strip for electrical purposes

Copper strip for electrical purposes has been included in the mandatory ISI Certification Scheme under IS 1897:2008. This product cannot be exported/imported or sold in the Indian consumer market without ISI Mark imprinted. This standard specifies the requirements of copper strips for electrical purposes withdrawn or rolled edges (either round or square) in the annealed, half-hard, and hard condition.
