BEE Registration for Diesel Generator under Standards : IS 10000, IS 10001, IS 13364, IS 4889 and Schedule 18 Single / three phase Diesel Generating sets consisting of a Reciprocating Internal Combustion (RIC) engine driven by diesel as fuel, Alternating Current (a.c.) generator, any associated control gear, switchgear and auxiliary equipment are covered. It applies to A. C. generating Diesel Generating (DG) Sets up to 19 kW ratings. Generating sets are used to generate electrical power for continuous, peak load and standby applications. By BEE registration, the user of the equipment ensures that the supplier of the equipment has carried out all necessary tests and meets all BEE requirements including eco-design. BEE registration is valid for five years from the date of issue.
